In the “Beer School 2013” contest, Lallemand will sponsor 2 lucky winners (one professional brewing winner, one homebrewing winner) in a random draw for fully-paid tuition in the 2013 World Brewing Academy web-based Concise Course in Brewing Technology. A $3,700 value, the Concise Course offers intermediate-level training that will build on your brewing knowledge to give you a complete understanding of the commercial brewing process. To enter, just download the official entry form and rules below, print out the entry form and attach an empty package from any 11-gram size or 500-gram size package of Danstar or Lallemand brewing yeast and mail it to the address listed on the form. 2012 BEER SCHOOL WINNERS
Lallemand Brewing, makers of premium dry yeast and a full range of brewing products, recently held a draw for our “Beer School 2012” contest for 2 scholarships (1 for homebrewers, 1 for professional brewers) to attend the professional-level World Brewing Academy web-based Concise Course in Brewing Technology. The winners of the draw for the 2012 courses are:
